Great food for breakfast. Unbeatable and nice location in the center of town, and only about 10 minutes' walk to Sapa centre.

The rooms with clean facilities and Mountain view, for instance. Incredible and stunning location for my purposes.

It was very close to other restaurants outside and the main restaurant street and Sun Plaza train station to Fansipan and the mountains, unbeatable and nice location overall. Booked a room with amazing views over the valley.

We spent our thanksgiving holiday at a hotel in the mountains. The breakfast served every morning was delicious and fresh. We enjoyed the variety of bread and cheese as well as the freshly squeezed fruit juices. The scenic views of the surrounding mountains from our clean and comfortable room made our stay even more enjoyable. the staff was very friendly and always available when needed.

I booked a room with an exceptionally comfortable bed, a safe, TV set and a fridge. The terrace facing the mountain was a real treat. The location was fantastic and stunning and I could use free parking onsite...

Our stay at Kk Sapa was fantastic! The room had a stunning panoramic view of the mountains, and we could even catch the sunset from our window. The breakfast spread was delicious with both international and local options. The hotel's location was convenient, just a short walk from the city center, and taxis were readily available. We also appreciated the option to book tours directly at the hotel.

Because of a problem with FAMILY room we were upgraded and had a new-fashioned room. The location was fantastic - adjacent to the main restaurant street and the center of town.

I had such a great time at this hotel! the staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help. They spoke fluent English, which made communication a breeze. Secondly, the location of the hotel was perfect. It was right in the center of town, making it easy for me to explore all the nearby attractions. And let me tell you, the views from the rooms were absolutely stunning! I was lucky enough to be given a room with a balcony and a 360-degree mountain view. It was truly breathtaking. Lastly, the breakfast buffet was outstanding. There was a wide variety of options to choose from, and everything tasted delicious. It was the perfect way to start my day of exploring.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Sapa. The staff, especially Miss Son Anh, provided excellent customer service and made our stay memorable. They even offered great suggestions for our itinerary and arranged vehicles for our large group. The rooms were clean and spacious, with a beautiful view of the mountains from the balcony. The hotel's facilities, like the gym and swimming pool, were well-maintained and added to the overall experience. The location was conveniently close to the town center, making it easy to explore Sapa.

Had a nice weekend, weather was great for January. Two complementary facts offered, pool and gym were relaxing. Key location fact: Good location for exploring the town. enjoyed the breakfast buffet, delicious coffee and good variety.

There was a lot of construction noise early in the morning. The price of the laundry service was outrageous.
